SCG work closely with developers, residents, residents associations, local police, local authority & emergency services to develop and manage daily procedures to ensure residents of a community are protected and their daily lives complemented by added value services.

We select the best qualified, to represent our company and your brand. We select experienced professional personnel who in addition to security skills have a friendly personable nature that promotes positive communication with residents.

All personnel receive comprehensive induction training & ongoing operational support from our head office team. Our personnel all licensed security professionals who receive additional hospitality and customer service training.

Our training procedures include in office training in customer service, public relations, prevention and protection, emergency response, conflict resolution, and safety. In addition to this training all concierge personnel receive a comprehensive training in front desk, phone and office etiquette and procedures. We also train concierge to serve the clients needs for value added services.

At each new site we will develop an on site operations management file. This formulates our ‘charter’ of services and details our promises to the community, the standards and levels of service that can be expected. Local specific issues relating to key holding, community policy, rules and regulations will all be detailed and discussed. On site personnel will follow a comprehensive site instruction manual relating to this charter.

We offer a white label service where we cross brand – or create a bespoke uniform that encompasses the residence or developers own livery therefore further enhancing the resident’s daily experience.

How to initiate a Security Concierge service?

All of our services begin with an initial evaluation from an experienced account executive. We will create a detailed service program, which outlines our evaluation, including the customers needs and requirements. We will create a comprehensive site instruction manual. Our Account executive will personally begin the implementation process, establishing the real time needs of the site. All of this will be done prior to concierge staff implementation. Abel Security management will be there every step on the way. With frequent follow up calls and appointments we insure your continued customer satisfaction.
